The original motor used was Emerson. The motor used by Sundance Spas currently is manufactured by US Motors, Nidec Motor Corporation.

With the removable motor base, the pump can be rotated to any position that you need.
This Pump is a 1 Speed used as the secondary jet pump! For the Primary, 2 speed Pump see 6500-343

Sundance Spa Pumps Theramax, Theraflo, Aquaflo. Sundance since 1997 has made pump changes, the most important change is the transition to a bracket mounted pump/motor. The old style pump/motor had a fix mounted bracket that had a specific pump rotation, however with the bracket mounted pump/ motor all you need to do is rotate the pump housing to the required location and using a Bracket Assembly (Part Number 6000-532) and clamp the motor in the desired position.

PLEASE NOTE: The parts from this pump are not compatable to the Theramax/ Theraflo/Aquaflo Pump used in 1997-1998. You must use the parts listed at this link: http://www.spaandpoolsource.com/sundancetheraflothermaxaqua-floxpseriespumpcomponents.aspx
