If your spa plugs into a 110/120 volt outlet, it is a 110/120 volt top side control. However if your spa is hooked up to 220/240 Volts, the top side could be a 110/120 or a 220/240 Volt Top Side Control. You must determine what you have. If there are no part numbers to determine, then you need to test the black and white cords leading into the top side on the plug when powered. By placing the probe on the white and the other probe on the black wires leading to the top side control, if it reads 110/120 volt it is a 110/120 volt system. If it reads 230/240 Volt when powered up, then it is a 230/240 volt system top side.
