6540-882, Sundance Weir Assembly (2000+)

The older Sundance Weir Assembly is obsolete 1996-1999. This weir assembly is obsolete must use 6540-882 with modifications.
The modifications may be needed on the length of the 2 arms of the weir assembly that come up to the top of the spa. They may have to be trimmed down to fit your model and its opening. You would need to order 6540-849 weir cap set.
To insure optimum performance in 06/1996 to 2000 models, Sundance recommends replacing the weir gate/bearing assembly with the current version 6000-885.
Older sliding bearings are not compatable with the current 2001+ weir gate/bearing assembly.
